The philosophy of Spanish cuisine is straightforward: simple food but based on fresh seasonal ingredients of great quality. When you are in Spain you must take a stroll through the local market and try fruit (chirimoya, watermelon, mangoes, figs), seafood and fish (merluza, monkfish or turbot), but above all – pickled olives!

On Saturday, 21st May 2022, we welcomed 11 students who had come for their 1 month experience in Marbella. Today they have started their work experience. Fingers crossed for all of you!
